inspiration: typewritter sculptures
September 5th, 2008 |
I love it when someone find the creativity to take antique objects that are not around much anymore and turn them into a great work of art. Thats exactly what Jeremy Mayer did with typewriters. He disassemble them and then reassemble them back into different sculptures. I happened to stumble upon this through wired.com and thought that it was amazing.
He has a lot more pictures at his website.

I believe I passed you in Decatur today around 2 o’clock. I was hesitant to say anything since I haven’t formally met you, but I’ve been reading your blog for a while now and both Stan and Jeff speak highly of you. Sorry if I sound like a stalker, keep up the good work!
