<p>Earlier this month, the Sci-Fi Channels has completely changed over to their new identity.. It is now &#8220;SyFy&#8221;. Its a huge makeover for them.. I sorta like the <a title="SCI FI president Dave Howe answers your Syfy questions" href="http://scifiwire.com/2009/03/sci-fi-president-dave-how.php">direction that they&#8217;re pushing the brand toward</a>.  Lets just hope that they don&#8217;t lose the fans in the process.</p>
<p>All of the <a title="SyFy Logo Idents" href="http://www.manvsmachine.co.uk/">SyFy Logo Idents concepted for them by ManVsMachine</a> looks pretty awesome.  Also for more of  the SyFy rebrand, check out <a href="http://www.proudcreative.com/pr_syfy_01.html" target="_blank">Proud Creative’s portfolio</a>.</p>
<p><object width="300" height="173" data="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482769&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482769&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" /></object></p>
<p><object width="300" height="173" data="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482715&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482715&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" /></object></p>
<p><object width="300" height="173" data="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482661&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=5482661&amp;server=vimeo.com&amp;show_title=1&amp;show_byline=1&amp;show_portrait=0&amp;color=ff0179&amp;fullscreen=1" /></object></p>
<p>and I also like all of the <a title="Syfy new IDs" href="http://www.blind.com/work/broadcast-design/syfy-equations">SyFy IDs animation created by Blind</a>.  I think it fits really well with the new logo.</p>
